Hālau Nā Wai Ola was established in 1997 in Sunnyvale, California, under the direction of Kumu Hula, Kauʻi Isa-Kahaku.  Together with her husband Anson, their daughters, Kanoe & Leiola, and their haumāna, they have created a community steeped in aloha in the Heart of the Silicon Valley.

Hula kahiko and ʻauana classes are offered Tuesday through Thursday for men and women ages 13 and up.

Keiki classes are for boys and girls ages 5-12.

Special topic workshops are held throughout the year for our students.  These workshops may be in arts and crafts, music, history, language and at times include special guests.

Some of the special events hosted by our hālau include hōʻike, a large production featuring all of our students.  Additionally we have hosted evenings of live music, comedy shows, book signings and movie releases.
